The warranty range doesn’t include the following:
The cost of the wearing parts is not covered in the warranty;
Do not repair failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or manmade disasters.
To make the shipping more worthwhile, our minimum quantity is 3pcs.
None of our items are available immediately as they are all custom.
7-25 working days for regular item orders.
25-45 working days for bulk orders/customization orders.
Because the furniture is quite big. We aim to ship all items by sea to keep shipping fees low. And by sea usually takes 4-6 weeks.
As for how much for shipping, after you finalize your list and quantity, designs you want, we can know how much, because it depends on the volume of the goods.

All the furniture are made custom to order. We cannot accept returns on customized items.
If there is missing any accessories or any broken items, please show us pictures and video as detailed as you could within 5 days. And fill out a request form(items name, quantity) We will feedback to the warehouse and factory, and arrange to resend or repair ASAP.
Yes, if you have an agent in China to help you arrange the delivery, you can ask your agent/forwarder to pick up the goods in our warehouse. We are in Foshan China.
Accept payment via T/T (Bank transfer), Western Union.
We have GBP, EUR, and USD local bank accounts.
50% for deposit ,the balance should be paid before delivery
